The family has managed pawnshops across Malaysia for over thirty years, under several names. In 2016 they were brought together so a customer walking into one branch gets the same terms as a customer walking into another.

Check a ticket, pay interest and extend a due date without travelling in.

Pay interest, extend a ticket, and buy pre-owned gold

The Pajak Master app shows a photograph of your pawned item and the status of your ticket. Pay the interest online, or one month at a time to push the due date back. Paying earns points, and points come off your interest.

It is also a shop: pre-owned gold pieces at prices well below regular retail.

What happens if you cannot redeem in time

The question everyone asks and no competitor answers. Nothing happens suddenly.

Seven days' warning
A text message before your due date. Before any auction we also write and call.
Extend by six months
Pay the interest due and we print a new ticket. In the app you can pay one month at a time.
One fee, nothing hidden
Fifty sen per pawn ticket issued. No other charges.
A bank-standard safe room
Secure boxes, premises guarded around the clock, redeemable only by you with your NRIC.
